This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of, and use of the website www.styg.es (the "Website"), owned by Sociedad de Servicios Tecnológicos y de Gestión IBER, S.L. ("styg" or the "Owner").

Accessing the Website and using its content and services implies full, express and unreserved acceptance of every provision set out in this Legal Notice as published at the time of access. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Website.

Access to the Website is free of charge, without prejudice to certain content or services possibly being subject to prior contracting or registration by the user.

In particular, the following apply: Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE); Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, approving the consolidated text of the Intellectual Property Law; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR); and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to, use of, or interpretation of this Legal Notice or the Website, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, to the Courts of the city of Madrid, unless applicable law establishes a different mandatory jurisdiction.
